Welcome to newcopy 2.0
In 2025, we launched a simple app to programmatically scrape your website, extract your brand elements, and plug them into content-writing tools. Over 300 of you registered, used it, and said things like:
"Loving NewCopy so far—it's really helped us add some marketing components pretty quickly."
Today, we're excited to introduce newcopy 2.0.
Using your feedback, we built a platform that straddles the line between easy-to-use and powerful. Whether you're a business owner, marketing manager, solo founder, or CMO, this platform was built with you in mind.
Part One: What NewCopy Does
The newcopy Formula
NewCopy helps you create content with a simple but powerful framework: your brand in mind.
TL;DR: Your brand context + agentic marketing tools + human-in-the-loop = powerful, precise, on-brand messaging
We provide three distinct modes to build high-quality marketing content: Chat, Blocks, and Workflows.
1. Chat: Get Stuff Done, Quickly
This isn't your typical ChatGPT or Claude. NewCopy Chat has:
- Access to your brand attributes — tone, audience, product features, positioning
- Best-in-class tools — web search (Exa), web scraping (Firecrawl), document and spreadsheet creation
- Marketing skills — strategy, copywriting, SEO specialist, and more—dynamically pulled based on the task at hand
- Every model under the sun — Grok, Claude, GPT, and others
Have a marketing task that needs to be done fast? Research to run? A quick blog post to write? Chat handles it while keeping your brand voice consistent.
Example prompt:
"Find what my competitors are writing about, create an SEO plan, and write the first draft of a blog post for competitive keywords."
This kicks off: Web searches (tool) → Competitor site scraping (tool) → SEO Specialist (skill) → Blog Writer (skill) → SEO-optimized blog post.
2. Blocks: Build, Iterate, and Design Copy for Anything
We've pulled together the best prompts for 50+ content types: Product Hunt launches, Google Ads, LinkedIn articles, X threads, and more.
With Blocks, you can:
- Generate, edit, and version content with AI-powered tools
- Experiment with different writing tones
- Preview how your content looks in its native format
- Maintain brand consistency across all your copy
- Save, share with your team, and export
Tone options: UniqueCopy (distinctive, standout copy), ConciseCopy (short, punchy, information-dense), and many more.
This is your sandbox. Play around until you find that perfect copy. Every version is saved—access any previous iteration from the top-right corner of each block.
Export options: Tailwind, JSON, text, or screenshot.
Our favorite blocks: Email (for high-converting copy) and LinkedIn Article (for thought leadership).
3. Workflows: Not for the Faint of Heart
Workflows is a visual AI canvas designed to move you away from siloed chatbots and into automated, multimodal marketing pipelines. Instead of a single text box, you get a drag-and-drop playground where you can connect 230+ models across 36 providers to generate, repurpose, and scale on-brand content.
If you've used Zapier or Figma, you'll feel at home. NewCopy Workflows uses a node-based interface (powered by React Flow) to visualize your marketing logic.
Core concepts:
Nodes — Your building blocks. Choose a specific AI model or node type (image generation, text generation, file upload, URL scraping, notifications).
Edges — Lines connecting nodes that represent data flow. The output of a Blog Generator node becomes the input for a Social Media Snippet node.
The result: a visible, repeatable map of your marketing process that runs with a single click.
Why Multi-Model Matters
One AI model doesn't fit every task. You might want GPT-4 for logic-heavy whitepapers, Claude for creative storytelling, and Flux for high-end brand visuals.
NewCopy connects you to 36 AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Mistral, and more) and over 230 individual models.
On the canvas, you can:
A/B test models — Connect the same prompt to two different models to see which performs better
Chain models — Use a heavy-duty model to create a content brief, then pass it to a faster, cheaper model to generate 50 ad copy variations
The Power of Repurposing
The real magic of Workflows is repurposing. Turning a blog post into a video script and podcast episode used to be a multi-day project. In NewCopy, it's a three-node connection.
Example: The Content Waterfall
- [Input Node] → Paste your long-form article
- [Blog Generator] → Refines the article for SEO
- [Social Media Node] → Extracts 5 LinkedIn posts + 10 tweets
- [Image Node] → Generates on-brand thumbnails from key themes
Drag, drop, connect, run. What used to take a creative team five hours now takes five seconds of processing time.
More Workflow Ideas
Product Launch Asset Generator
Nodes: File Upload → Text Generation → Image Generation → Text Generation. Upload your product specs or press release. The workflow extracts key features, generates a hero image, then creates a full asset kit: tagline variations, email announcement copy, and social captions—all from one source file.
Customer Testimonial → Visual Proof Campaign
Nodes: File Upload → Text Generation → Image Generation → Text Generation. Upload a CSV of customer quotes or NPS feedback. The workflow identifies the strongest testimonials, generates branded quote cards with customer names and results, then writes social posts and email snippets to distribute each proof point.
Competitor Content Analyzer + Response Generator
Nodes: File Upload → Text Generation → Text Generation → Image Generation. Upload screenshots or PDFs of competitor pages, ads, or emails. The workflow analyzes their messaging and claims, generates counter-positioning copy for your campaigns, plus a comparison infographic highlighting your differentiators.
Running Workflows: Manual, Scheduled, and Notifications
- Manual — Run any workflow with a single click. Perfect for one-off projects or when you want to review outputs in real time.
- Scheduled — Set workflows to run hourly, daily, weekly, or on custom intervals. Ideal for recurring tasks like weekly content batches or daily competitor monitoring.
- Notifications — Once a workflow completes, NewCopy sends an email summary with outputs and review links. Kick off a content pipeline before lunch; have finished assets waiting in your inbox when you're back.
The Workflow Copilot
Don't want to build from scratch?
Click the friendly robot icon in the top-left corner of your canvas to open the Workflow Copilot. Provide natural language instructions like:
"Create a workflow that generates SEO-optimized blog posts with meta descriptions, featured images, and social sharing snippets."
Watch the Copilot build the template automatically. Review each node's inputs and model selections, then run.
Part Two: Getting Started
Your Dashboard
When you log in, you'll see three main sections:
- Dashboard — For users on a Hobby or Pro tier, you'll find an overview of your recent projects and activities account-wide. Quickly jump back into a project, review your recent workflow runs, or check your AI credit allowance.
- User Settings — Edit your plan, change your password, and sign out.
- Projects — Manage and view your projects. A project is a single workspace that can include any number of brand contexts. You might use a single project for all your NewCopy work, separate projects for different practice areas, or individual projects for each client if you run a marketing agency.
Subscription tiers also include: Usage, Billing, and Organizations.
Step 1: Create a Project
- Click "+ New Project"
- Navigate to the gear icon in the top left (Project Settings)
- Title your project
Step 2: Enter Your Brand Context
- In Project Settings, click the Brand Contexts tab
- Click "+ Create Brand Context"
- Add your brand context via: Website URL scrape (primary method), Document upload, or Pasting text
- Review the extracted brand elements and make any edits as necessary
Pro tip: This is a great way to see how LLMs interpret your website. If you don't like the positioning that comes back, take note and use Chat to brainstorm how you might change your landing page to better reflect your organization.
You can add multiple "artifacts"—more URLs, marketing documents, text snippets—to round out and evolve your brand context. The more information we have, the more precise and valuable your NewCopy experience will be.
Step 3: Start Creating
Using Chat
Chat provides a simple interface to get stuff done. You can upload files, select the model you wish to use, and instruct Chat to create artifacts like documents or spreadsheets. A single prompt will automatically trigger the right combination of tools and skills to deliver what you need.
Using Blocks
Under Blocks, you have a small toolbar: Plus (+) opens your menu of available blocks, and the Brain icon generates all blocks at once or individually. For each block, you can iterate with tone and custom prompts. Export each block to Tailwind, JSON, text, or take a screenshot.
Using Workflows
- Open the Canvas — Start with a blank slate or a pre-built template
- Drag Your Nodes — Pick your models and marketing primitives
- Connect the Edges — Define the flow of your content
- Run — Watch your marketing engine come to life
And That's It!
